So, you added a new member to the family, and you are excited to take that new member of the family on many journeys that you will remember for the rest of your natural lives;
However, there is just one problem...
You do not know what kind of stroller or car seat to get!
I get it;
It's a very confusing time, one way to lower the mental burden of these decisions is to by a baby travel system.
A travel system is a stroller and car seat combination.
But why by a travel stroller combo?
Simple, you get a car seat and stroller that integrate with each other seamlessly and they also offer a significant aving on purchasing each item separately.
It's a win win!
So, who makes the Best Baby Travel System?
Chicco has a recent history of making baby products that many young modern families love.
In this sense, Chicco intuitively understands the fast-paced lifestyle that defines so many couples in the city. This is what also makes their products so appealing.
So, what have they delivered with the Chicco Bravo Travel System? Let’s dive in and take a look.
If you’re a new parent, you understand that getting around is not always easy. You have to be agile and able to move quickly between putting your baby in a car seat and using a stroller that’s also easy to fold and store. Of course, all of this has to be safe and secure.
Chicco understands that time is of the essence when it comes to modern parenting, so the Bravo system includes a stroller as well as an infant car seat.
The car seat itself is part of the stroller but can easily be removed. This is the true innovation of Chicco’s Bravo system.
The beauty of this is that it drastically reduces all of the gear that needs to be lugged around. You get the stroller, Chicco's KeyFit 30 car seat for infants along with the base, and a cup holder tray for parents on the move.
The other serious benefit is that all-in-one systems like this are much more affordable than buying each component separately. Go into any specialist baby store and you’ll likely have to pay hundreds of dollars for a separate infant car seat as well as a stroller.
The one thing that you want as a parent is a car seat that will be safe and secure for your baby. It needs to be solid enough that it doesn’t jiggle your precious cargo around, but also easy enough to get in and out of the car.
Chicco has seriously thought about long-term usage, and this car seat can accommodate little ones between 4 pounds and 30 pounds. That means that a one-time investment will get you some serious long-term use. It’s also comfortable and well-padded so you can be sure that your baby will be traveling in safety and style.
It also features LATCH connectors, which really make it a cinch to set up and uninstall when you need to. Let’s face it, speed and efficiency are of the essence when you have little ones to look after, so you want your baby gear to be easy to use without being too cumbersome. Chicco has certainly delivered on this front.
But what about fitting it back into the stroller? This is where Chicco has also provided some tactile and audible feedback.
Some similar travel systems skimp on these kinds of details, but putting the Bravo infant car seat back into the stroller is as easy as slotting it in until a sharp click is heard. That’s when you know that everything is installed correctly. It’s the sort of easy installation that the stressed and over-tired parent really does need.
Parents don’t necessarily buy baby gear for reasons of fashion. Let’s face it, when you’ve got a little one to look after, fashion is probably not going to be high on your list! However, Chicco has ensured that no one will worry too much in this context. It looks sleek and the material it’s made of is easy enough to clean.
Here’s what else is great about Chicco’s stroller:
Speaking of storage, what about folding it up? The one thing that lots of new parents hate is when a stroller is difficult to fold up. Some systems have a series of arcane latches that need to be activated in a certain order for the stroller to fold up. Luckily, Chicco has put some thought into this aspect.
The Bravo Trio system has a single handle underneath the seat. Pulling on this handle will automatically collapse the stroller so that it can be folded and put into storage. Why can’t all strollers be this easy to fold up?
One other important aspect of any baby stroller is how easily it handles. You can pay hundreds of dollars for a stroller only to discover that it’s not that easy to maneuver around.
When you’re a tired parent, you really need to be using a stroller that gets out of the way and does all the work.
The good news is that Chicco has thought of this too and the Bravo Trio can easily be moved around on different surfaces with a single hand.
Just imagine: you’re a new mom and you have the stroller in one hand and a few shopping bags in the other. Other strollers might not be so easy to move around under these circumstances, but the Chicco Bravo Trio has a lightweight frame, easy and smooth wheels, and can be pushed using one hand.
It’s also stable when it’s being pushed around, so you don’t have to worry about it tipping over when moving through crowds or tight spaces. And because the handle is height adjustable very easily, anyone can take over stroller pushing duties and adjust it to suit themselves.
If you’re a busy parent and your budget doesn’t quite stretch to the top of the line strollers, the Chicco Bravo Trio is a really good option. It’s light, negates the need to carry around too much gear, is affordable, and has some pretty nifty features.
So, you spend hours upon hours researching different companies and brands, checking the deals and reading the reviews to find that perfect travel system combo that both you and your newborn baby will love for the first year or two of his or her life; and then you find the Britax B-Lively and B-Safe Travel System.
Now, you might be thinking, yeah, yeah this might be the one, but like everything else in life, research is often a necessity in life, and this travel combo pack is no exception. So, let us talk about it for a few minutes, shall we?
Well, that is a good question, but you see, this travel system is impressive on its own that I believe warrants some attention.
Yes, the brand might not be as recognizable as something like Chicco, but there are some things to talk about when it comes to this particular model, so let us talk about it.
Besides, it is a newer stroller model that was just recently released, and so, why not spend some time talking about it?
The B-Lively stroller is the newest and most relevant member of the Britax family, having just arrived off the assembly line not even a year ago.
The B-Lively stroller is a compact and lightweight travel system that can act as both a simple and easy to use stroller, and a car seat for those long and arduous drives around the world.
Additionally, the B-Safe seat features the old classical design and format of the B-Safe 35 car seat from days back, along with the stroller itself being a three-wheeled machine that offers an excellent sense of control and balance for both the passenger inside the compact carriage, along with the parent or guardian who is pushing the wagon around.
On top of that, the travel system comes in three separate colors, that being red, grey, and black, which offers an excellent sense of options for the discerning kinds of parents.
Additionally, when it comes to carry weight and the size of the stroller and car seat, it is recommended that the device can hold up too and around fifty-pounds of importance, give or take a few additional pounds here-and-there.
In my opinion, fifty-pounds is a generous amount of weight and pressure for a stroller to handle, especially since other strollers often can only feel around twenty-to-thirty pounds at most, if not a bit more if you are willing to push it, so being able to hold up too fifty/fifty-five pounds for an infant is a fantastic amount.
Now, that is just with the size of the actual baby and or infant. How about the size and weight of the stroller and car seat?
Well, the stroller is about fifteen-to-twenty-five pounds in weight, while the car seat itself weighs around twenty pounds, once more if you give or take a few numbers off the top.
Now, if you put the child into the car seat portion of the travel system, the car seat itself drops in terms of weight limit by almost one-fourth of what the stroller variant can handle.
The car seat only being able to hold up too and support around thirty-to-thirty-five-pounds before the risk of damage to both it and your child can occur, so please be aware of that when deciding on this particular model, especially if you have a bit of a cute chunky baby.
While we are talking about the car seat variant of the travel system, the car seat is made to be compact and easy to set up, much less with putting your child inside the seat for a long drive.
The seat itself is rather small and confined, perfectly capable of fitting in most mid-to-large-size cars while also leaving room for other items and necessities like groceries and equipment.
Overall, the stroller and seat travel system is a fair and handsome stroller to go for if you require a new one, or if you are looking for your first ever stroller for your beloved newborn baby.
I can say that it is not an overly cheap or inexpensive stroller, going for roughly several-hundred dollars, and it is definitely not something many families will want or need in their household, but I can confidently say it is a fine-enough travel system for what it offers people.
The only other thing to know about the travel system is that it is one of the newest and most popular travel systems currently available on the market, and for a good reason.
It is a reliable, well-built, well-maintained stroller from Britax that does what it needs to do, and that is all people can ask for-especially when looking at other similar products that go for a lot less and are a lot less favorably viewed and received as the B-Lively and B-Safe travel system.
To end this review on the B-Lively and B-Safe Travel System, I want to say that not everyone is going to desire such an overly expensive stroller for their child, especially since most children tend to out-grow strollers around the ages of three or four.
However, for the families who are looking at this particular model for their newborns, I will say this, Britax knows what it is they are doing, just like with other baby items and accessories manufacturers.
I hope this review of ours was both informative and engaging to read, along with the fact that I hope this article provided anyone and everyone with much-needed information on the stroller and car seat.
So, you find out you are going to be a mother, father, guardian, grandparent, or something in-between and you start looking for all the items you know you are going to need when that precious bundle of life arrives in the short months.
You go over it all, clothes, food, toys, items, accessories, devices everything you can imagine needing being right there for when the baby arrives, except for a travel system of some kind.
Knowing this, you scour the web, looking up different brands and deals for the perfect stroller and car seat travel system that fits the need of the parent and the baby nigh perfectly, and there you see it, theUPPAbaby MESA Infant Car Seat andVista Stroller.
A potentially perfect travel system that anyone, both young and old, stern and lax, can get behind, especially that tiny child sitting in the front seat of the device. So, let us see more about it.
Now, like many other strollers from different brands and companies, the Vista is a convertible stroller with the ability to carry and push not one, but two newborn babies at the same time. So, if you are the kind of mom or dad who perhaps plans to have a larger family at once, this particular model is already rather appealing as it can (if you want), hold up to two passengers at the same time.
However, even if you only have one kid, that is okay, this is still a great model to go with even if you only plan on, or only have one tiny bundle of life with you as of right now.
Now, this stroller looks and acts like many other modern-day strollers, and that is mainly by design. Why trying to fix something that was never broken to begin with? Especially since the UPPAbaby Vista stroller is one of those stroller types that allows your baby to grow with it, instead of maybe having to buy a new one halfway through their first years.
Now, the Vista comes with several accessories and functions that make this an eye-worthy catch for many parents and guardians who are looking for a travel system.
The entire set comes with the bassinet, a storage bag, a handy bug shield, the frame itself with four wheels, a canopy on top of the bug shield, a bumper bar, a rain shield and a bug shield on top of everything else.
Now, one of the interesting facts about this stroller is the fact that the frame is designed to let the parents choose what the baby sees.
Some parents might want the baby to be facing them at all times while walking about the world, while others might want them to be facing the world.
Additionally, the stroller has several different inclination positions, which not only allows the baby to have more levels of comfort, but parents can also control what level of inclination their baby is at with just a single hand via the lever on the side of the frame.
On top of that, the total amount of weight this unit can hold up too is around fifty-pounds, give or take a few additional measurements.
So, if you have a slightly bigger baby, that is okay as the unit can support up too fifty-pounds regardless of the circumstances.
Now, in my opinion, one of the best things about this stroller is the amount of protection it offers for the baby when outside.
I am amazed at how many other strollers are out there on the market that provides almost no sense of security for babies, whether it is from bugs, sunlight, or any other creatures out there. That is why I can appreciate that this particular set comes with a mesh screen, perfect for those mid-summer afternoons.
At the end of it all, what can I say except that this is an excellent stroller that I am sure many families will like having at their disposal, and we have not even gotten to the car seat yet?
The MESA Car Seat
Now we come to the car seat, an innovative and captivating design that will keep your baby safe and secure on those long day-and-night drives around the world. I argue that this car seat is more than enough of a reason to get this unit, but let us see why in further detail.
For one, the MESA car seat includes a Smart Secure system, which is a self-regulating system that tells the parent if the seat base is correctly installed or not, depending on if the color of the indicator is red or green.
Additionally, on top of that, the car seat comes with an adjustable headrest, which is nice since that leaves it open to being able to grow along with your baby, instead of either having to retrofit it (thus potentially ruining part of it), or get a whole new model as your baby enters toddlerhood.
Not to mention the usefulness of the canopy on top of it, providing ample protection from the dreaded sun for your child. That is not mentioning how both it, and the fabric are machine-washable.
On top of that, both the MESA car seat and the stroller are wholly compatible with each other, making it one of the most seamless and open-ended travel systems I have seen on the market as of writing this article.
Overall, my thoughts on the car seat and the stroller as a combined package is hugely positive in nature. To me, it is a beautiful package to have for a family, regardless of the number of kids anyone might have at one point, and I can see why many people like not only this company but all of their products, as well.
Final Thoughts And Opinions
It is no secret that finding the right car seat/stroller can be difficult as there are many, many different brands and companies out there that sell these kinds of devices, and UPPAbaby is no different.
However, I do hope that this article of ours provide some context for one of their premier travel systems currently available on the market.
Additionally, I hope this article was both informative and engaging to read and look through, and I hope it provided much-needed clarity and information regarding this particular travel system.
So, you find out that you are having a baby (or you are planning on adopting one), and you know you are going to need a plethora of supplies, items, and other tools of the trade in order to take good care of that precious little one that has or is coming within the next few months from now.
So, you spend all your time doing countless hours of research and investigation, looking for everything you need to take care of the child.
However, you find out that you will need a stroller, but what if you are the active type that likes to go running or jogging in the morning before or after work? Is there anything currently out on the market for someone who likes to jog every-so-often? Well, yes, yes, there is.
Now, there are easily a dozen-or-so different baby and toddler manufacturing developers out there in the world who developers and produces a myriad of varying stroller types; some made with the idea strolls through the park, others made with the concept of carrying twins or triplets.
So, the world is not left wanting when it comes to variety for strollers, and that includes types for people who like/want to take jogs with their newborns in front of them.
As such, I like to point to the Baby Trend Expedition stroller, a decent and well-built dynamic stroller that is a suitable option for men and women who are on a tighter budget but still wants a stroller that they can feel comfortable pushing and controlling while jogging through the neighborhood or nearby park.
Before I start, I will say that there are better strollers out there for joggers right off the bat. This stroller, it is a great stroller, no doubt, especially for parents looking for something on the lighter side of the checkbook, but there are better strollers out there on the market right now.
Now, saying that, this is still an excellent stroller for casual joggers and runners, but I just thought I should say that before getting into the details about the Expedition.
The Expedition is arguably one of the best strollers to get for people who like to jog and run casually, nothing too extreme, but nothing that would far apart at the seams at the same time.
The Expedition sadly does not have any form of adjustable tracking or counter-weights to it, meaning it can potentially start to veer off course while you are jogging.
It is because it can start to veer off course that I would only recommend this particular stroller to someone who jogs casually every now-and-then.
That, along with the fact that the handlebar is not adjustable, which I can see being a problem for some men and women.
Now, for some lighter news, the Expedition by Baby Trend is easy enough to use and handle despite the veering and handlebar issue.
Additionally, the device is rather easy to fold and store when needed; you can even remove the front wheel of the machine to prop up and save when no longer in need of its services for the day.
Now, back to the nit-picks, but the canopy does not offer that much protection when outside, in fact it is not large or long enough to cover most of the baby’s body.
It does have a mesh and a pop-out visor which you can use to offer your child a bit of protection against the sun when it is hanging low in the mornings or evenings, but that is about as much as you can do outside of maybe a partner or a friend holding an umbrella over the carriage.
Despite the some-what lack-luster canopy and protection options, the seat itself is fantastic (which I would hope so.) The material Baby Trend integrated into the seat is top-notch and comfortable, not to mention that the chair has a ventilation system for when the weather is cold and chilly.
Not only that, but the seat is broad and deep enough that it can be rather easy for the child to fall asleep in, all while being casually pushed through the world.
On top of that, I should mention that the maneuverability (despite the veering issue) is perfect. The stroller will respond to your movements at all times, and it has a narrow-enough frame and body that it can handle tighter areas than other bulkier strollers out there on the market right now.
All-and-all, I will say, despite being a cheaper model, it certainly has its charms, even if there are better strollers out there for jogging and running.
With everything I have said here, I will say this; there are certainly worst strollers out there on the market.
This is the kind of stroller I would recommend to my friend who is a casual jogger, someone who likes to run up and down their street once a day.
This is not the stroller for athletes who can clear a five-mile run in under ten minutes; there are other strollers for those kinds of runners.
If you are a casual jogger who is just looking for a stroller that they can push while looking after their kids, this will be more than perfect for you.
Additionally, this is the ideal stroller to get if you also want something on the affordable side. If that sounds like you in some shape or form, then this is a stroller I would highly recommend.
I hope this article of ours was both engaging and informative; choosing the right newborn stroller can sometimes be stressful as there are many variants that go into such a decision.
Regardless, I hope this short article of ours provides some semblance of clarity on this particular model if anyone is or was looking at it before, and I hope this article helped in some shape or form.

Every year there are hundreds of thousands of families traveling across the world in various modes of transportation, from cars to planes and everything in between, people are traveling more than ever now, and often enough they have kids with them.
Moreover, with all this traveling, there have to be ways to keep the small children safe when on the road with their families, right?
To ensure that they are safe and snug while the parents focus on the actual journey and preparations, right?
Well, yes, there are companies all over there world whose entire persona is baby and toddler-related items and accessories. One of these companies is a simple Italian corporation known as Chicco, and we are going to review their newest creation, the Chicco Bravo Trio Travel System.
This car seat stroller combo is the best baby travel system and is an absolute must-have for any families looking to travel with their precious bundle of life this upcoming year.
Now, I know what some of you might be thinking right about now: it is just a simple stroller, big deal. Perhaps it is just a simple stroller, but dismissing it as such would do this industry-leading company a massive disservice.
For one, the Chicco Bravo Trio is not just another cumbersome stroller you are going to have to jam into the trunk, oh no, the Chicco Bravo Trio is both a stroller AND a car-seat built into one frame.
Yes, that is right; the hassle of needing two separate devices is gone with this system.
When you have the device in a fold, the dimensions of the carrier are roughly 16-28 inches in diameter, with a bit of wriggle room to add or subtract in terms of sizing. Regardless, your child WILL be comfortable while resting their body inside this carrier device of theirs, guaranteed.
Also, when you first take a look at this stroller/car-seat, you might notice just how sleek and elegant it looks, especially if you are looking for something that stands out of the crowd from other traditional and modern-looking strollers.
I mean, look at it, the stroller just screams versatility and comfort.
Not to mention, Chicco has taken some of the best elements from strollers and baby carriages from over the past decade analyzed what made them so enjoyable and then implement them into this new revolutionary designed for families to enjoy.
What am I talking about?
Well, look at the thing!
The seat alone is fantastic, capable of supporting a myriad of different positions and styles so your child will be safe while on those long, arduous flights down to your relatives for the week.
Additionally, the stroller not only has terrific handling and movement systems on it (ensuring you have complete control over the stroller at all times) but it also comes with a generous and oversized basket underneath the seat, ensuring you can carry that additional bag of supplies or what-not while out on the road.
Not to mention the stroller itself is built to last, capable of holding up too and around 50 pounds of weight and substances while the device itself is only about 15-20 pounds at best; making it the perfect stroller for those who are looking for something a bit more light-weight and easy to travel with.
Honestly, I can talk about this stroller for a while, but no one got time for that, so it is time to move onward to the next section, the seat.
Of course, the stroller is not just a stroller, but it is also a seat that parents and guardians can have their children sit in while they are on the road and traveling, acting as its basket, at the same time.
On average, the seat itself can handle around 25-35 pounds for a child, perfect for any long-term commutes or travel plans that will require your baby to be sitting for a number of hours at one point, all while being safe, happy and comfortable in this device.
The Seat also comes with an adjustable latch and harness system, designed to ensure the child can be comfortable and safe at the same time.
The carrier by itself weighs roughly around 8-10 pounds, and the seat with the base weights an additional 15-20 pounds, which makes it rather light-weight and portable for anyone and everyone who is looking for something of this quality.
Overall, the basket itself is worth the price of admission by itself-especially given what it can do and how much comfort your little one will have while sleeping and playing inside this device, but the fact that you get the stroller as well? It is just an excellent deal from top to bottom.
Yes, there are some negatives to the device, negatives such as there is no snack tray or the fact that while this stroller is on the lighter side of the spectrum, it can still be rather heavy to push when you add the child in on that already some-what sturdy and massive frame.
Not to mention that there is no real way to protect your child from dust, debris, bugs, and other small annoyances outside of the canopy top which can completely shield your kid from the sun, but at the same time encase them in a darkened environment.
However, in my opinion, the few negatives revolving around the stroller does not outweigh the number of benefits and luxuries that this device comes with, not to mention outweighs the sheer quality of the unit as a whole.
Despite the few negatives I listed at the end, they do not overshadow the quality you get with this travel system. Chicco has done an outstanding job with creating a stroller/carrier combo set that families can all enjoy having in their lives, especially for the first few years of their precious newborn's life.
I cannot overstate how much of a deal people are getting with this travel system. It is the perfect device to get for any families out there, especially families who are active and want their children to be apart of the many adventures you want to share with them.
The Ramzi method claims that you can figure out the gender of a baby as early as six weeks into a pregnancy.
Finding out the gender of the baby that you are carrying can be an exciting experience. It makes the entire pregnancy seem more real.
Some women wait until their ultrasounds at 18 to 20 weeks to find out the gender. Others wait until the baby is born.
If you cannot wait to determine the baby’s gender, the Ramzi method may provide a solution for early detection. However, before you use this method, you should understand how it works.
The Ramzi method is a simple way to predict the gender of your baby. It requires you to examine an ultrasound taken of your developing placenta at six weeks into your pregnancy.
If the placenta is growing on the left side of your uterus, you may be having a girl. If the placenta is growing on the right side, you may have a little boy growing inside you.
People refer to the concept as both the Ramzi method and the Ramzi theory. The idea first appeared in 2011 on a website that caters to medical professionals.
While it is unclear who developed the method, many people credit Dr. Saad Ramzi Ismail. However, no one has verified that he created this theory or was involved in the study that led to the theory.
The theory claims that the placement of the placenta determines the gender of the baby. The author uses an unverified study to back these claims.
According to the study, over 5000 women had ultrasounds six weeks into their pregnancies. The ultrasound determined the placement of the placenta on either the left or right side of the uterus.
The participants in the study then came back for a second ultrasound 12 to 14 weeks later. At this point, the women were 18 to 20 weeks pregnant, which is the standard timeframe for the ultrasound that may determine the sex of the baby.
The author of the Ramzi theory claims that the placement of the placenta corresponded with the gender of the baby 98% to 99% of the time.
The Ramzi method is easy to use. It simply requires you to get an ultrasound when you are just six weeks along. Unfortunately, there is no evidence to support the theory.
In fact, there are several studies that help disprove the theory. Researchers in Australia published results that found no link between the baby’s gender and the placement of the placenta.
Most medical organizations do not recognize the method. Several organizations even claim that it is highly unlikely that the placenta has any connection to the baby’s gender.
Seven years have passed since someone first published the Ramzi theory. No one has replicated the results of the study discussed in the original paper.
The bottom line is that no one has verified the theory. There is no proof that the Ramzi method is accurate.
The Ramzi theory is not the only theory for predicting the gender of a baby. For example, many old wives’ tales claim to predict the baby’s gender.
One of the most popular myths is how you carry your baby in your belly lets you know the sex of the baby. If you are carrying low, you are likely to have a boy.
People also often believe that your food cravings indicate the baby’s gender. If you crave sweets, you may be having a girl.
However, these old wives’ tales lack peer-reviewed scientific research, the same as the Ramzi method.
Most women find out the gender during their first ultrasound 16 to 20 weeks into pregnancy. If you want to know the gender earlier, three tests are available:
With CVS, doctors take cell samples from the placenta. The lab receives the sample for analysis and looks for genetic abnormalities. However, the analysis also allows doctors to determine the baby’s gender.
The NIPT is a type of blood test that can detect certain chromosomal conditions including Down syndrome. You may also find out the sex of the baby with this test.
These tests are not mandatory. If a woman decides to use one of these tests, doctors may schedule it about ten weeks into the pregnancy.
The amniocentesis test examines amniotic fluid. It also looks for chromosomal abnormalities and may determine the baby’s gender. However, doctors do not recommend this test earlier than 16 to 20 weeks into the pregnancy, which is also around the time that most women get their first ultrasounds.
There is no proof that the Ramzi method works. However, there is no harm in using ultrasound to guess the baby’s gender, especially if you already have an ultrasound scheduled.
Most doctors recommend that women avoid unnecessary ultrasounds. However, doctors may schedule or recommend an ultrasound at six to eight weeks to verify the pregnancy and check for any issues.
During your first pregnancy appointment, you can ask your doctor about scheduling an ultrasound. However, some doctors may advise that you wait until the end of the first trimester.
If your doctor agrees to schedule the ultrasound early, you can ask the technician which side of the uterus the placenta is growing on. The placenta may grow on the left side if you are having a girl and the right if you are having a boy.
Keep in mind that you may get a different result when you go to the doctor for the ultrasound at 18 to 20 weeks. It is also possible that doctors may not determine the gender during this ultrasound. It all depends on the position of the baby inside the uterus and whether doctors can get a good look with the ultrasound.
While the Ramzi method may not be accurate every time, there is a 50/50 chance that it is right.
